Inland Northwest Wrestling Training Center

First practice will be February 7th, and will include a 15 minute program tutorial.

Practice is held at Gonzaga Prep High School. The wrestling room is a stand alone building located in between the football field and the baseball field on the south west side of the school. Please use the parking lot by the gym/baseball field. Practice will be separated into two age groups and times. All practices are held on Tuesday and Thursday evenings. Ages 5-8 year olds from 4:45-6:00pm and ages 9-14 year olds from 6:00pm to 7:15pm.

This year there is 6 tournament events scheduled from March 4 - April 8. INWTC leadership does not pressure any of its members to be forced into competition, but all are welcome to join in one or all six of the events. Wrestling can be a complex sport, and kids often times can get confused and frustrated when they don't entirely understand the rules and expectations at an event vs. practice. It is completely acceptable to practice for the first 8-10 weeks and only participate in a couple events, maximizing your practices for a newcomer. If you have any questions on the progress of your beginning wrestler, our coaching staff will be more than happy to help you.

Under Washington Little Guy Wrestling League rules, all members of the INWTC team will need to wear the matching competition uniform. Singlets can be purchased at the start of the season for $70. Singlets can also be rented for the season where we will hold your $70 deposit, and when you turn in your uniform at the end of the season, $40 will be returned to you.
